Project Manager| Dublin | Hybrid | FTC
Hiring on behalf of a client seeking a Project Manager needed to drive delivery across a portfolio of complex, technology-enabled change initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology change projects across multiple workstreams
- Own project governance, plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and benefits tracking
- Manage internal teams and external vendors, including contracts and Statements of Work
- Liaise with senior leadership and the CTO on progress, risks, and strategic priorities
- Translate business requirements into structured delivery plans
- Support data migration, system integration, and process transformation activity
- Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and operational transition
- Coach colleagues in project delivery and change methodologies
Requirements
- 5+ years delivering technology-enabled business change in complex organisations
- Strong command of core PM disciplines — planning, risk, cost, procurement, benefits realisation
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
- Experienced in vendor and contract management
- Confident engaging at senior leadership level
- PM certification desirable (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM)
Nice to have
- Background in education, healthcare, or professional membership bodies
- Exposure to CRM or low-code platform implementations
- PMO or portfolio delivery experience
